SDDA student internship

We offer a comprehensive training program designed to prepare students for a collegiate or professional career in dance, with an emphasis on teaching.

Students will be educated on the finer points of choreography, technical development, classroom management, positive reinforcement, and studio leadership.  Internships may be offered on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in at least six hours per week in Level IV Pre-Professional Company
• Must be at least 12 years of age
• Must maintain a B average
• Must consistently abide by SDDA Handbook
